Weekly Group Training Schedule

OUTDOOR TRACK
Tuesdays at 6:00 pm at the Dartmouth College Track in Hanover, NH. Session runs from April 29 to August 26. $25.00 per individual. To participate in the 2008 Outdoor Track Program, you MUST be a current OAC member in good standing or join OAC now ($20.00 to join OAC per year). Head coach: Kim Sheffield. RUNNING
Saturdays at 8:00 am beginning March 22, 2008. Depart from the Billings Farm overflow parking lot in Woodstock, VT. Everyone is encouraged to attend! Depending upon who shows up, we form groups based on individuals' speed and desired distance. No group leader.

SPIN CORE & ENDURANCE SPINNING
Wednesdays from 6:45-8:00 am ($11.00) and Sundays from 8:15-9:45 am ($16.00).
Spin Core is a 50 minute ride followed by 15 minutes of abdominal work. All levels and abilities encouraged to participate. Instructor is Jen Minotti on Wednesdays and some Sundays. Located at the Woodstock Sports & Fitness Center.

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
Wednesdays from 5:15-6:15 pm ($11.00). Beginner to intermediate level weight training class designed to improve overall fitness, strength, and endurance. Exercises will be tailored to enhance inseason and off-season performance in various sports using hand weights, mats, and your body's own resistence! Instructor is Tod Minotti.
Located at the Woodstock Sports & Fitness Center.

BIKING
Spring, 2008: Wednesday nights starting at 5:30 pm from the Start House Ski and Bike shop in Woodstock. Route TBD every Wed night. This is a fast group!

MASTERS SWIMMING
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00 am & 6:00 pm at the CCBA in Lebanon, NH. Coached workouts by Barbara Hummel (hummelbmail@aol.com)
