2008 OAC Youth Scholarship Application
$1,000 each. Deadline: May 15, 2008.

Applications are now being accepted for the 2008 Ottauquechee Athletic Club (OAC) Youth Scholarship.  Each year the scholarship is awarded to two graduating high school seniors (one boy and one girl) who best meet the following criteria set forth by the OAC Board (see 2008 Application). This year, the scholarships will be awarded to two Woodstock Union High School seniors.

32nd Annual John Langhans Green Miles 7 Mile Run/Walk & Fun Run

7 Mile Run/Walk Plus Kids' Fun Run!
BRING THE WHOLE FAMILY!
Runners, walkers, and families will enjoy the challenging course through beautiful Woodstock. Racers start and finish at the Middle Bridge, an historic covered bridge in the Village of Woodstock, VT. The Kids Fun Run is a short loop around the Village Green. Division awards and an award for the most patriotic costume! Post-race holiday festivities, including a live band on the Village Green.

Check-in/Same Day Registration: Begins at 8:00 am
Walkers Start: 8:30 am
Runners Start: 9:00 am
Kids Fun Run: 10:30 am (No registration necessary)

$20.00 for Runners and Walkers by July 3, 2008 (plus $3.00 online fee). 25.00 on race day. All registrants receive a cool T-Shirt.

The Kids Fun Run (ages 10 & under) is free! All kids receive a finisher's medal!

Donate to Nike’s ReUse-A-Shoe program! Bring your old, smelly sneakers and make a difference! Bins will be available. Even if you're not running in the race, stop by and drop off your old sneakers. They can be any brand. They do not need to be Nikes!

100% of the proceeds go to the Spectrum Teen Center, the Woodstock Recreation Center, and OAC's Youth Scholarship Fund. Race Directors: Jen and Tod Minotti.

We are the Ottauquechee Athletic Club (OAC), a membership club for runners, cyclists, swimmers, skiers, hikers, walkers, Guinness aficionados, and other athletic enthusiasts.
